We review these forms on a regular basis, but for the fastest processing, please alert us via email (info@prioritybicycles.com), or text message (917 819 1665) to let us know the form is complete or if you run into any issues. Additionally, if you have any questions about which form is most appropriate for your claim, or whether a warranty submission is necessary, please reach out.
