Features a hidden top-handle to help mount/dismount the tote from your rack, and a cover to hide pannier clips when off your bike. 

Constructed with a wax-treated canvas, features an internal small zippered pocket for valuables plus a laptop sleeve. The front, rear, and bottom panels are reinforced, rated to carry up to 20lbs!
