The “Month of Black Friday Weekly Gift Card Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry and have a valid email address. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and its associated companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Priority Outdoor Products, Inc. (dba Priority Bicycles), located at 174 Hudson Street, Floor 2, New York, NY 10013 (“Sponsor”).
By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Friday, October 31, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, November 30, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
During the Entry Period, eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry for every $100 (USD) worth of product purchased on PriorityBicycles.com.
Only the value of the product(s) purchased counts toward entry totals; shipping costs, taxes, and other fees are excluded.
Example: A $300 product purchase (before tax and shipping) equals 3 entries.
Entries reset each week; purchase totals do not carry over between weeks.
Purchases made with gift cards do not count toward entry totals.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter without making a purchase, clearly print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a plain 3"x5" card and mail it in a sealed envelope to:

Each valid mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry and must be received by 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2025 to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person, per week. Mechanically reproduced or incomplete entries are void.
The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received for each weekly period. There will be four (4) total winners, selected on or about the following dates:
November 10, 2025
November 17, 2025
November 24, 2025
December 1, 2025
The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each week. Each participant may win only once.
Potential winners will be contacted directly via email by a member of the Priority Bicycles team on the dates listed above.If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) calendar days, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that week.If three (3) potential winners fail to claim their prize, the weekly prize may be forfeited.
Except where prohibited, winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Failure to sign and return these documents within the required time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Each weekly winner will receive one (1) Priority Bicycles digital gift card valued at $500 (USD).
Total Prizes Awarded: Four (4)Total Prize Value: $2,000 (USD)
Gift cards are valid only on PriorityBicycles.com and must be redeemed during the 2026 calendar year.Gift cards are only applicable to full-price purchases, must be used in a single transaction, and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively to previous orders.
Any and all taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If the Sweepstakes is disrupted for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or unauthorized intervention, Sponsor reserves the right to:(a) Suspend the Sweepstakes and resume it in a manner that best aligns with these Official Rules, or(b) Award the remaining prize(s) at random from among eligible entries received before the disruption.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Priority Outdoor Products, Inc. (dba Priority Bicycles), its subsidiaries, affiliates, prize providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without additional payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
Except where prohibited, any disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York, NY.
