Before getting started, gather these three essential items:
A clean cloth
Isopropyl alcohol
Your decal

The most important part of decal application is preparing the surface. Dirt, dust, oils, and residue can prevent the decal from adhering properly.
Start by spraying the area with isopropyl alcohol. Then, use a clean cloth to wipe the surface completely. Because isopropyl alcohol evaporates quickly, the area will dry within moments and be ready for application.
Taking the time to clean the surface properly will help ensure strong adhesion and a longer-lasting decal.
Most decals arrive on transfer paper, making them easy to align and apply.
Carefully peel the decal from its backing paper by lifting one corner. Hold the transfer paper rather than touching the decal itself. The clear transfer layer allows you to see exactly where the decal will be placed.
Align the decal in your desired position before pressing it onto the bike frame.
