Thousand helmets come in three sizes: Small: head circumference of 21-22", Medium: head circumference 22-23", and Large: 23-24".

To accurately measure which size helmet you’ll need, wrap a tape measure around your head just above the ears – it should cross about an inch above your eyebrows.
