By entering this Sweepstakes, you accept the terms and
conditions set forth in these Official Rules. You confirm that you are at least
eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in your
jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in. By entering the Sweepstakes
and checking the opt-in box on the entry form, you agree to receive email
newsletters and special offers from Priority Bicycles.
No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase your
chances of winning. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal,
and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Any and all
potential taxes, duties, customs fees, or additional shipping costs associated
with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Please consult a tax
professional for guidance.
Eligibility
The Priority Bicycles Vanth Giveaway – Philly Bike Expo
(“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of countries where such
sweepstakes are permitted by law. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years
of age, have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at
the time of entry, and have a valid email address.
Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers,
directors, and agents of the Sponsor and associated companies are not eligible
to enter.
Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Priority Outdoor
Products, Inc. (dba Priority Bicycles), located at 174 Hudson Street,
Floor 2, New York, NY 10013 (“Sponsor”).
Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and
unconditional agreement to and acceptance of (a) these Official Rules and (b)
the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is
contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on March 6, 2026
(“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will
not be eligible.
The Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 15, 2026,
following the conclusion of the Philly Bike Expo.
The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device
for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter
During the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes by
visiting the official Sweepstakes landing page or scanning the QR code
available at the Priority Bicycles booth at the Philly Bike Expo and
completing the entry form.
The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is
strictly prohibited. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries
received through such methods, as determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email
communications from Priority Bicycles.
Drawing
Beginning on or about Monday, March 16, 2026, the
Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from
all eligible entries received.
The odds of being selected depend on the total number of
entries received.
The winner will be contacted via email using the contact
information provided during entry.
Notification and Requirements of Potential Winner
The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via
email within one (1) business day of the drawing.
If the potential winner does not respond within three (3)
calendar days, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from
the remaining eligible entries.
If three (3) potential winners fail to claim the prize, the
Sweepstakes may end with no prize awarded.
Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required
to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity
release. Failure to sign and return these documents within the required time
period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner.

Elite Tier
The Priority Vanth is a gravity-focused enduro bike
featuring Pinion Smart.Shift, Gates Carbon Drive Belt, 165mm of travel, and
the Stillpoint suspension system.
Final bike sizing and configuration will be determined in
coordination with the winner following the drawing and may be subject to
product availability.
Free shipping of the prize is included for winners
located within the contiguous 48 United States. Winners located outside the
contiguous 48 states (including Alaska and Hawaii) or outside the United States
may be responsible for additional shipping costs, duties, taxes, or import fees
associated with delivery of the prize.
The winner is responsible for any professional assembly or
setup required after delivery.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash
or substituted.
General Conditions
If the Sweepstakes is disrupted for any reason, including
but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or unauthorized intervention, the
Sponsor reserves the right to:
(a) suspend the Sweepstakes and resume it in a manner that
best aligns with these Official Rules; or
(b) award the prize at random from among eligible entries received before the
disruption.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual
who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release
and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates,
prize providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees,
and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising
from your participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize.
Privacy and Use of Information
Information submitted as part of the Sweepstakes will be
used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent for the
Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical
information, and country of residence for promotional purposes in any media,
without additional payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
By entering and checking the opt-in box, you acknowledge and
agree that Priority Bicycles may use your information for marketing,
promotional activities, and general solicitation. You may revoke consent by
contacting the Sponsor or using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.
Disputes
Except where prohibited, any disputes arising out of or
connected with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State
of New York and resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York,
NY.
Third-Party Platforms
If the Sweepstakes is hosted, administered, or operated on a
third-party platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms),
entrants agree to comply with all rules and policies set forth by those
platforms and release them from any liability related to the Sweepstakes.
